Termite inspection & control in East Texas.

A $99 inspection that tells you the truth about your house — attics and sub-areas included, across Bowie, Red River and Lamar counties. If treatment's needed, the inspection fee comes off the bill.

  • TPCL licensed #0803967
  • Fee credited toward treatment
  • Straight findings, in plain English

Termites are the one East Texas pest you can't afford to ignore. Our humid, wooded corner of the state is prime country for subterranean termites — they work from the soil up, out of sight, and by the time most folks spot them the colony has been eating for a while. Between the Red River bottoms and the pine belt, there's hardly a block in Bowie or Red River County they haven't visited.

Signs you should book the inspection

  • Winged swarmers indoors, or piles of discarded wings on windowsills — February through May especially
  • Pencil-width mud tubes on foundation walls, piers or plumbing penetrations
  • Wood that sounds hollow when you knock it, or paint that's blistering with no water leak to blame
  • Doors and windows that suddenly stick in a house that never had that problem
  • You're buying or selling a home and want to know what you're really getting

What the $99 inspection includes

This is a real inspection, not a drive-by. We go through the structure — full or limited scope depending on what you need — including attic spaces and sub-areas where the construction allows. You get a plain-English rundown of what we found, where the pressure is coming from, and what we'd do about it if it were our house.

If we recommend a treatment and you move forward with it, the $99 comes straight off that service. You're never paying us twice to solve the same problem.

After the inspection

If your house is clean, we'll tell you that — and what conditions to fix so it stays that way (wood-to-soil contact, moisture under the house, mulch piled on the slab line). If we find activity, you get a written treatment recommendation and a firm price before anything happens. No pressure, no scare tactics. Termites are a math problem: treat now, or pay carpenters later.

$99 full or limited termite inspection

Questions we hear about termites

When is termite swarm season in East Texas?

Subterranean termites in our corner of Texas typically swarm from February through May, usually on a warm, still day after rain. If you see winged insects around windows or discarded wings on sills, that's the moment to get an inspection on the books.

Is the $99 inspection fee really credited toward treatment?

Yes. If we recommend a service during or after the inspection and you complete it, the $99 inspection fee comes off that treatment's cost.

How long does a termite inspection take?

Plan on about an hour. We inspect the full structure — including attic and sub-areas where applicable — and give you a straight answer on what we found before we leave.

Wings on the windowsill? Don't wait for May.
