  3. Rodent Control

Rodent control that starts with a flashlight, not a guess.

Scratching in the attic, droppings in the shop, something in the wall at 2am — we inspect first, then trap, seal-point and bait where it actually matters. Mice and rats, homes and businesses, all three counties.

  • $50 inspections
  • Follow-up visit included in trapping
  • Monthly exterior programs from $45

Rodents in East Texas run on a calendar. All summer they live fat and happy in the fields and fence lines — then the first cold front rolls through and every mouse in the county remembers your attic exists. Around here the pressure lands hardest on shops, barns, pier-and-beam houses and anything with a gap bigger than a dime.

Three ways we fight them

  • Rodent Inspection — $50. About 30 minutes: interior, exterior, garage and attic. You get a straight answer on what's living there, how it's getting in, and what to do about it.
  • Rodent Trapping Program — $185. Inspection plus up to six snap traps or glue boards set where the traffic actually runs — attic, garage or interior. One follow-up visit to pull, reset or replace traps is included; extra follow-ups are $50 when you want them.
  • Exterior Rodent Control — from $45/month. Four locked bait stations serviced monthly, built for properties that deal with rodents more than once. Extra stations $5 each per service. Covers exterior mice and rats.

Why exterior control works

The goal isn't to win a trap-by-trap war inside your walls — it's to knock the exterior population down so rodents never make it to the house. That's what the station program does: it intercepts them at the property line, all year, for less than a tank of gas a month.

from $45/mo — exterior rodent program

4 bait stations serviced monthly on contract ($50 non-contract). Add stations for $5 per station per service.

Rodent questions, answered straight

What does the rodent trapping program include?

An interior and exterior inspection, up to six rat or mouse snap traps or glue boards set in the attic, garage or living space, and one follow-up visit to remove, replace or reset traps. Additional follow-ups are $50 each if you want them after the tech’s recommendation.

What does monthly exterior rodent control cover?

Four exterior bait stations serviced monthly, covering exterior mice and rats. Extra stations are $5 per station per service if your property needs them. It’s built for homes and businesses that have dealt with rodents more than once.

When is rodent season in East Texas?

Pressure spikes with the first real cold snap — usually late October into November — when mice and rats start looking for warm walls, attics and shops. The smart move is getting stations out before it hits.

Hearing it in the walls? It heard you too.

SAY BUGMAN.
