- Bi-monthly — from $70/service. Every other month. The sweet spot for most homes in our territory.
- Quarterly — from $90/service. Four seasonal visits a year to hold the line.

What a visit looks like

One-time services are available too — interior and exterior, or either side alone, priced by property size. Good for a flare-up, a move-in, or a rent house between tenants.

Want it all-natural? We run one of the best botanical insecticides on the market for interior and exterior green treatments — $205 for a one-time service, with first-story web removal included. Fair warning from folks who use it every week: botanical products don't hang around like synthetics do, so green service works best on a monthly or bi-monthly plan. We'll tell you straight which rhythm your place needs.
Flea treatment
About an hour on site, homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. The prep is what makes it stick: vacuum the whole interior before we come, then once a day for 3–5 days after. We'll walk you through it.
