Most pest control companies make you call to find out what it costs. Ours has been on the board since day one. Rates below are starting prices for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. — larger homes get a straight quote before we start.
Contract pricing.
One-year term on autopay. $150 initial service. $90 fee if cancelled before the contract end date — that's the whole fine print.

One-time general pest treatments (interior & exterior, or either alone) are priced by property size — call for a straight quote. Commercial properties get a walk-through and a written number.

Why is contract pricing cheaper?
The one-year term lets us plan routes and keep prices down — so contract plans run about $10 less per service, with a $150 initial service instead of $200. Contracts require autopay, and there’s a $90 fee if you cancel before the term ends.
Can I pause or stop non-contract service?
Anytime — that’s the point of it. One thing to know: if you pause longer than 90 days from your last service, the initial service cost applies again when you restart, because we’re rebuilding the treated barrier from scratch.
What if my home is bigger than 2,500 square feet?
The posted rates are starting prices for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. Bigger homes get a straight quote before we start — measured on the actual property, never adjusted after the fact.
