SAY Bugman Pest Control LLC (“Say Bugman,” “we,” “us”) operates saybugman.com from New Boston, Texas. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and related quote, service, phone, email, and text-message communications with us.
It does not describe every practice of a separate website you visit through a link here. The customer payment portal and other external services are explained below.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you send our quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address if provided, town, requested service, and any message you choose to include. We also receive your separate service-text and promotional-text opt-in choices if you make them. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Follow-up communications may include a service address, appointment details, and information about the pest problem.
You can browse our service information and prices without submitting the form. Your email address is optional. Please do not put payment card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or sensitive medical information in a website message.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may record ordinary access and security logs, including your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page when supplied by your browser, and request dates and times. These records help deliver and protect the website.
Our form uses a submission timestamp and an IP-based request counter to limit spam. The counter uses a hashed version of your IP address; it is not an anonymous-data guarantee. A submitted quote email includes your IP address and the submission date and time along with your message.
How we use your information

- Arrange appointments and maintain related customer and service correspondence.
- Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse.
- Keep records needed for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Submitting a quote request does not by itself subscribe you to a promotional email list or a text-message program. Our form offers separate, optional, unchecked choices for service texts and promotional texts. Service-related texts concern quotes, appointments, technician arrivals, billing, and customer support. Seasonal offers, discounts, and promotional reminders require your separate express written or electronic opt-in. See our SMS Terms of Service (effective October 3, 2026).
We retain the opt-in category, the disclosure presented, its terms version, the submission time, and your IP address with the emailed inquiry. An unchecked box is not a new opt-in and does not by itself revoke an earlier permission. To stop texts, reply STOP to a message or contact us directly. Cookies & tracking
This website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, third-party tracking scripts, or browser local storage to profile visitors. Its fonts, images, video, and site scripts are served from our own website. The quote form does not use a third-party form service or CAPTCHA provider.
We do not track your activity across other websites, and we do not enable third-party advertising or analytics services to do so on this website. Ordinary hosting logs and form anti-spam records still apply.
Because we do not use cross-site tracking or sell or share website information for targeted advertising, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this website operates. There is no advertising sale or sharing to opt out of here. You can still contact us with a privacy request.
External websites you choose to open, including our payment portal, may use their own cookies and tracking technologies. Your browser's cookie settings apply to those websites.
Payments & other websites
The Pay My Bill link opens our customer portal at saybugman.pestportals.com, a separate website. This website's quote form does not collect payment card numbers or payment account passwords. Information entered into the portal is handled by the portal and its payment providers; review the privacy information available there before using it.
Links to Facebook, Google reviews, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not automatically submit your quote-form details to them. What you choose to publish in a public review or social-media post may be visible to others.
Retention & security
Form submissions are delivered as email, so receiving a success message does not mean your information has been deleted. Inquiry and service correspondence may remain in our business email and customer records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain required records, or address legal matters.
There is no single fixed retention period for every record. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own schedules. The form's anti-spam counter uses hourly limits; that does not mean its server-side file is automatically deleted after one hour.
We use HTTPS for the website and anti-spam checks on the form. We aim to limit access to personal information to legitimate business needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information sent to us has been misused.
Your choices & privacy requests
You may ask us about personal information you have provided, request access or a copy, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential contact. Email Info@saybugman.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call (903) 628-7378. Tell us what you are requesting and the contact details you used with us; do not send sensitive identification documents unless a secure verification method has been arranged.
We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. Some records may need to be kept to complete a service, meet legal obligations, protect against fraud, or resolve a dispute. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason.
Additional rights, including rights to a portable copy, to opt out of certain processing, or to appeal a denied request, depend on your location and which laws apply to the business and information involved. We will handle applicable legal requests within the time required by law. We do not use website information for automated profiling that makes decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
